- Find tender opportunities GeBIZE.
- Prepare Tender and submission.
- Familiar with reinstatement and maintenance work.
- Review and analysis of Tenders Drawings & Documentation.
- Preparing Tender submissions and reviewing Procurement & Reviewing of Contracts, and ensuring compliance.
- Reviewing and commercial management of all projects, to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
- Review all incoming correspondence from Clients, Consultants & Design Team to identify contractually critical items and to initiate replies.
- Estimating a range of projects in a variety of sectors.
- Improve and implement best practice commercial processes and accurate budgeting.
- Maintain accurate records and provide necessary detailed backup to support commercial tracking and costing.
- On Site measurement of Electrical Services.
- Preparation of specialist sub-contract work packages.
- Preparing monthly Commercial Progress reports.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Construction Manager.
