Quotation & Tender Management

• Prepare, review, and submit competitivequotations for projects, specializing in fire pump and plumbingsystems.

• Handle customer inquiries, prepare costestimates, and provide timely follow-up to secure orders.

• Coordinate and compile all required documentationfor tender and project submissions in compliance with local standards.

Technical & Project Coordination

• Support in pump selection and systemconfiguration to meet project technical specifications.

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, andsuppliers to resolve technical and commercial clarifications.

• Assist project teams in ensuring materials,quotations, and submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.

Management & Administrative Support

• Perform general office administration, filing,and documentation control to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Prepare meeting materials, reports, andcorrespondence as required by management.
