Job Description

- Resident Surveyor oversees all surveying works for thewhole project.

- Lead a team of surveyor. Plan, coordinate, monitor andensure their works are accurate, throughout the construction process.

- Coordinate with respective parties to produce computedplan and relevance endorse plan, and ensure survey control points are accordingto authority requirements.

- Setting up survey points and level on site.

- coordinate with LTA Surveyor.

Job Requirement

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying orDiploma in Geo-Spatial Information and Technology

- Member of Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers

- Min 8 years or relevant experience

- LTA related experience preferred.
