- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site
- Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors
- Monitor work progress and report site status to the Project Manager
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health regulations, and company procedures
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on site
- Prepare site reports, progress claims, and as-built drawings
- Attendsite meetings and coordinate inspections with relevant authorities
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience
- Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and site coordination
- Knowledge of local building regulations and safety requirements
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office and basic construction software
- Willing to work on site and overtime when required
