Site supervision of construction works to meet deadlines.

Develop and implement safety policies, procedures and regulations

Responsible for on-site planning, handovers and personnel arrangements and labor deployment

Resolve various problems and handling emergencies on the site

Liaise and coordinate with both the clients, foreign workers and office to ensure smooth operations

Responsible for supervision of foreign workers and their wellbeing, health and safety and others

Analyse and evaluate clients issues and feedback to improve client satisfaction

To assist the Manager in supervising and coordinating the daily operational provision of the facilities at the areas of the dormitory

Acting as Site Warden, to conduct regular inspection of room check and facilities to ensure compliance of the regulation

Monitor and ensure all internal and subcon workers are registered and attendances are properly captured

Monitor and ensure the workers' permits and certificates are valid and updated accordingly

To handle feedback and complaints and update the Manager accordingly

To take corrective action and implement preventive measures when required

To assist in the preparation of monthly reports, annual capital and operating budgets and other relevant reports

To ensure that all equipment are in good working condition

Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic rules

Perform transportation duties if required.
