Job Description
Job Requirements:

- Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, and material specifications, prepare and submit the waterproofing plan, shop drawing, call for quotation and comparison.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, VO, and finalization of accounts
- Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation.
- Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent or relevant academic background
- Min 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under tight schedules
- Willing to go on site
- Salary will be commensurate base on working experience
