About Us

We are an established and growing construction company involved in residential, commercial, and/or infrastructure projects specialising in Earth & Retaining Soil Stabilisation (ERSS).

Due to ongoing and upcoming projects, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to effective cost and contract management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ)
• Manage tender processes, including evaluation and recommendations
• Monitor project costs, expenditures, and cash flow
• Assess progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Perform cost planning and value engineering
• Administer construction contracts and handle claims where necessary
• Prepare monthly cost reports and financial summaries
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients

Requirements

• Singaporean / Singapore Permanent Resident preferred
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
