Key responsibilities include preparing meeting agendas and documentation, following up on action items, gathering project data for monthly reports, and providing general administrative support for all project-related tasks. The coordinator will also manage project documentation and correspondence by reviewing submissions, providing comments, handling all project-related communication professionally and promptly, and maintaining organized filing systems for emails, correspondence, and project documentation to ensure accessibility, audit-readiness, and compliance with project deadlines and standards.
