Roles & Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience as QS in construction sector

• Degree / Diploma in Civil/ Building/ QS

• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise and correspond with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and contractors)

• Willing to learn, meticulous, and committed to accomplishing datelines

Job Description:

• Understand architectural requirement under SIA form of contracts

• Work Independently

• Experienced in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities & variation orders

• Searching for new subcontractor and supplier

• Preparing of tender documents for RFQ (request for quotation)

• Quotations'checking and comparison

• Procurement Meeting

• Price data reports and other procurement related report.

• Tender support, mainly for pricing and VECD

• Support other QS works at project site (main contract, subcontract, cost control, Interim payment, etc
