Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist the project manager with on and off-site meetings pertaining to technical issues

Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shop drawings, and other related documents to the consultants or authorities

Coordinate and monitor work progress at the site including periodical site inspection and attend meetings during the course of the project

Able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE, and RTO

Development of Procedures, detailed Engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications

Plan monthly work schedules and set productivity to be achieved

Conduct Material Take Off (MTO) and management of List of Materials (LOM) to monitor the progress of projects

Verify technical specifications for adequacy

Disseminate technical specifications to the supervisor

Identify and record any product quality problems and implement solutions

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent

Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Singapore Projects

Familiar with construction sequence and Method Statement or different trade

Able to read construction/shop drawings and understand detailing

Understand ISO 9001 clauses and being able to implement / audit procedures is an added advantage

Must be able to monitor project KPI requirements
