- Site Management & Supervision: Oversee all daily on-site finishing and decoration activities, including painting, flooring, ceiling installation, carpentry, and other decorative elements.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of materials, workmanship, and completed works to ensure they meet high-quality standards and align with design specifications and blueprints.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate schedules and activities among various subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams (architects, designers, M&E teams) to maintain smooth workflow and project timelines.
- Material Management: Ensure timely delivery, proper storage, and efficient use of materials, minimizing waste and managing inventory on-site.
- Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce site-specific safety plans, WSH regulations, and health and safety protocols, conducting safety briefings and addressing any potential hazards.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve on-site issues, conflicts, or technical challenges promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary to avoid delays.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, daily logs, progress reports, and documentation for project stakeholders and management.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate on-site teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to maximize productivity and foster a collaborative environment.
- Client Communication: Facilitate client site visits and provide clear communication regarding project status, ensuring client expectations are met.
