- Participate in company tendering exercises, including bids preparation, quotations calling , compilation , data collection till completion of the submission.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimation to support tenders,project budgeting and procurement.
- Prepare and present reports to management on project progress, financials, and key metrics.
- Perform site-based duties as required, ensuring effective coordination and execution of project activities.
- Draft and manage contract documents, including subcontractor selection through quotation analysis.
- Oversee and coordinate project progress claims, subcontractor claims, and certification processes.
- Handle variation orders, finalize claims, and manage contract and drawing documentation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
- Work independently, ensuring timely delivery of project objectives within established deadlines.
- Any others duties that requires to ensure due diligent delivery in professional manners
