JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts for private and governments projects
- Handle all contractual matters in relation to cost and time with the clients and subcontractors
- Valuing completed work and prepare claim settlement and notification correspondences to clients
- Monitor projects including materials and subcontractor cost forecast are strictly adhered to the agreed budget
- Other quantity surveying related duties for building projects
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
- Methodical way of thinking
- Knowledge of building & construction work
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Good financial and numeracy management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- The ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (in order to handle all contractual matters in relation to cost and time with the Mandarin speaking clients and subcontractors.)
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
