Key Responsibilities

• Supervision: Oversee and coordinate all mechanical and electrical (M&E) site activities, ensuring that work is executed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and guide site workers, foremen, and subcontractors in daily operations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and schedule electrical installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Quality Control: Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to method statements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and records of materials used.
• Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues that arise during the construction process, ensuring timely solutions to maintain project schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician, with a background in managing electrical projects preferred.

Education: A high school diploma is required; further education in electrical engineering or a related field is advantageous.

Technical Expertise:
In- depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
