Requirements:

- Only Singaporean or PR needs to apply.

- Candidate must have a total 8 years of combined industrial experience in builder's trade or as main contractor.

- Experience in project tender and good knowledge of tender contract a must

- To overseas contract matter and take care of QS costing.

- Must be able to work independently, meticulous, analytical and detailed orientated.

- Good command of English and contract practices.
