About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor Executive to support cost control, estimation, and contract administration for commercial and industrial projects, including retail outlets, fit-outs, and manufacturing facilities within the fashion, cosmetic, and perfume industries.

Key Responsibilities

• \tAssist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

• \tSupport tendering activities, including quotation comparison and documentation.

• \tAssist in monitoring project costs, variations, and expenses.

• \tConduct site measurements and assist in valuation of work done.

• \tSupport preparation of progress claims and payment certifications.

• \tMaintain cost records, reports, and documentation.

• \tCoordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

• \tAssist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• \tDiploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

• \t2 years' experience in quantity surveying or cost control.

• \tExposure to commercial, industrial, or fit-out projects is an advantage.

• \tKnowledge of BOQ, contracts, and cost control processes.

• \tProficient in MS Excel and cost management tools.

• \tGood communication and teamwork.
