Job Scope:

• Draft M&E/ ACMV shop drawings based on design and as-built drawings to ensure timely submission.
• Verify that all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and requirements.
• Prepare and review mechanical and electrical drawings using AutoCAD/ Revit for submission and approval.
• Assist with documentation and record-keeping for BIM processes and project submissions.
• Maintain and organize drawing files with proper version control and documentation.
• Support the Project Manager in coordination, project delivery, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Power Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in BIM/MEP drafting or modelling.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit MEP (3D BIM modelling) for preparation of shop drawings and as-built drawings.
