Responsibilities
Requirements
- Responsible for tender quantity take off and cost estimations.
- Responsible for coordinating with clients QS and contractdepartment to ensure completeness of drawings, description of scope of works, specifications and details for accuracy of quantity and cost estimation.
- Responsible to visit site for better understanding of siteconditions for cost estimation including earth quality, site constraint, services, and others.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our standard costingtemplate.
- Responsible in supporting PM/SPM and project team to managethe respective contract.
- Responsible for the cost planning and control of project costbudget.
- Responsible for keeping track of all variation ordersincluding proofs and cost claim submission
- Responsible for monthly claim, certification and payment including variation orders and site visit for measurement and verification with main contractor QS.
- Responsible for all contract cost management and timely completion of project final accounts.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in civil engineering/quantity surveying
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in civil engineering environment
- Extensive knowledge of building contracts/clauses, SIA, FIDIC, NEC, etc.
- Computer literacy with knowledge of BlueBeam and AutoCAD
- Strong communication skills
