We are seeking a driven, meticulous, and proactive individual to join our Contract department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To assist in contract administration, prepare progress claims and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation cost.
• Call quotations, compare prices and prepare bill of quantities to arrive at the tender pricing.
• Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration services.
• Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements.
• Monitor budget and keep track of project expenditures.
• Involve in all quantity surveying and contract administration activities for the projects.
• Prepare and submit tenders including quantity taking off and pricing.
• Prepare tender submission and post tender measurement, handle monthly progress claim.
• Prepare letter of award to subcontractors and verify claims and cost control.
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, cost analysis, monitoring and estimation or budget cost for projects.
• Obtain subcontractors and suppliers quotation for costing.
• Perform cost comparison.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time or on ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Prefer English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts.
