Job Overview

We are seeking highly experienced Senior Land Surveyors with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience to lead and execute critical surveying activities for a major Oil & Gas project in Singapore. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and hands-on proficiency with advanced surveying equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee primary control establishment and verification
• Execute and supervise high-precision levelling works
• Perform and manage GNSS surveys for control and construction support
• Coordinate and verify target placement for construction and alignment works
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications and standards
• Review, validate, and approve survey data, calculations, and reports
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior surveyors
• Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, and QA/QC teams
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE requirements and site safety procedures

Mandatory Equipment Experience

Candidates must be fully proficient with Leica equipment or equivalent, including:

• Leica TS16 Total Station
• Leica LS15 Digital Level (or equivalent levelling instruments)
• GNSS surveying equipment

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on surveying experience, preferably within Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or large-scale industrial projects
• Strong expertise in survey control networks, levelling, and GNSS methodologies
• Proven ability to lead survey teams and manage field operations
• Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills
• Familiarity with Singapore surveying standards and regulations is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, site-based environment
