• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction
• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
• Working Location: Jurong West
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday - Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Tender Manager in drafting tender proposals and cost estimates for both main contract and subcontract work.
• Study and interpret tender documents, drawings, and specifications to highlight key requirements.
• Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers on pricing and technical queries.
• Perform quantity take-off, measurement, and cost evaluation to ensure accurate costing.
• Help compile bid documentation, cost breakdowns, and all relevant submission papers.
• Communicate and follow up with consultants, architects, developers, and contractors on tender-related issues.
• Provide general assistance in contract administration and undertake other duties as assigned.

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of related experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
• Proactive with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
