The Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for managing and controlling project costs from tender stage to completion, including preparation of cost estimates, budgets and Bills of Quantities; evaluation of tenders and subcontractor quotations; monitoring project costs, cash flow and variations; preparing progress claims, valuations and final accounts; administering contracts; supporting value engineering and cost optimisation; verifying site measurements and work progress; coordinating with project managers, site teams, consultants and subcontractors; maintaining accurate cost records and reports; assisting in negotiations, dispute resolution and project close-out documentation.
