- Interpret metal structural drawings and calculate costs for quotations
- Perform quantity take-offs and measurements of for job inquiries and quotation
- Verify and ensure material orders and fabrication work comply with specifications and drawings
- Prepare or modify fabrication drawing into AutoCAD other CAD software
- Convert design concepts into detailed shop drawing
- Liaise with the fabrication team to clarify drawing details.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Construction/ Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ Quantity Surveying
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D drafting as required)
- Basic Understanding of metal fabrication
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions. - Full Time position with 5.5 Days/week
