Our factory is located in Loyang (Pasir Ris)

Full-time

Workdays: 5.5 days a week (alternate week)

Monthly Salary: S$2,500 - S$3,500 based onexperiences

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the QS manager.

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates,and bills of quantities.

• Prepare tender and contractdocuments, including bills of quantities, covering quantity statistics and costestimation used in the tendering process (mainly carpentry).

• Prepare monthly progress paymentrequests for submission to clients.

• Responsible for procuring necessarymaterials for factory day to day operations.

• Responsible for receiving materialsand items received at factory.

• Prepare samples required forprojects and coordinating with suppliers on sample collection.

• Other ad hoc admin task as required.

Requirements:

• Candidates with experience inrenovation/interior design or a related field is preferred.

• Candidates without experience butkeen to learn carpentry trade are welcome to apply

• Proficient in MS Office software,including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Proficient in reading drawings fortender.

• Proficient in reading and writingEnglish, communicating in English and Mandarin.
