- Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Basic understanding of mechanical & electrical systems, plumbing & sanitary, ACMV, fire protection systems, and other building systems.
- Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
- Diagnostic testing and inspection of the air-conditioning system
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Responsible for monitoring fire alarm activation, gas alarm activation, and water leak detection within the mall and Office premises.
- Carries out scheduled maintenance examinations and fixes, cleans, and aligns diverse systems to guarantee appropriate system operations.
- Able to speak English and communicate with the supervisor.
- Knowledge of fire drill testing and fire alarm testing for the civil defense policy.
- Able to work rotating shifts.
- Able to work overtime.
- Able to work weekends.
- Checking and responding to security and safety issues
- Ensure that safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations, and practices among workers.
