Job Description - M&E BIM Modeller (Mechanical & Electrical)

The M&E BIM Modeller is responsible for producing accurate 3D BIM models and coordinated drawings for Mechanical and Electrical systems. The role supports engineers and project teams by ensuring that all M&E services are properly designed, coordinated, and documented in accordance with project standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and update BIM models for M&E services (ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary, Electrical).

Prepare coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.

Perform clash detection and resolve M&E coordination issues with other disciplines.

Support engineers and site teams with technical details and installation drawings.
