JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contract administration from start of project to final accounts stage,
• Process LTA MRT, PUB pipeline & Private projects' claims to Clients,
• Prepare tenders and quotations, do quotation sourcing, cost comparisons and evaluation, submit variations claims, certify subcontractors' payments, procurement of project PBs and insurances,
• Any other tasks assigned by Contracts Manager/ Higher Management.
• Relevant Qualification: Degree / Diploma/ Certificate in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Construction Management/ Environmental Engineering,
• Minimum 2 to 5 years' working experience in Contractor firms,
• Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines,
• Able to work alternate Saturdays,
• Possess good and positive attitude.
