Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities, manage resources (materials, equipment), and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise, schedule, and direct construction workers and subcontractors; provide training and guidance.
- Enforce health & safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure work meets standards and plans
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors; report progress and issues.
- Develop project plans, monitor schedules, manage budgets, and maintain accurate daily logs and reports.
- Address on-site issues, troubleshoot delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Often requires a high school diploma, with associate's/bachelor's degrees preferred for higher roles
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required to manage diverse teams and liaise with clients or architects.
- Maintain documentation and records
- Technical knowledge of construction methods and safety.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
