- Liaise with the Reporting Superior / Project Managers on project costing, variation works, and final accounts with consultants.
- Call for quotations and confirm scope of works with contractors.
- Attend site meetings and conduct site visits.
- Manage the full scope of Quantity Surveyor duties from pre-contract to post-contract phases, including tendering, progress claims, and final account preparation.
- Cost control and maintained proper documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
- Min candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience will be an advantage
- Strong communication and market pricing.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
