The Site Foreman is responsible for assisting the Deputy Project Manager/Project Manager in coordinating with sub-contractors and workers over site general works (Formwork, Concrete, Rebar and Reinforcement), ensuring work done is in accordance with specifications and quality requirements.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.
• Lead workers to carry out basement lean concrete and prepare for formwork / rebar work
• Carry out inspection and casting of basement slab/wall/column.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry outtasks.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
• Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials/equipment to complete the construction work within schedules.
• Submit daily allocation sheets.
• Receive and order materials from stores.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of building and/or civil engineering experience.
• Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details.
