1. Of project cost control, planning, forecasting and estimation.

2. Valuations - including value engineering and management.

3. Feasibility studies on bids.

4. Cost benefit analysis

5. Writing reports and preparing documents (plans, contracts, budgetsetc.)

6. Risk analysis evaluations on individual projects/bids

7. Managing project funding sources and submitting bids.

8. Valuations on subcontractor's performance.

9. Monitor and access to subcontractor's claims and quality of workincludes work timeline.

10. Minimum 2 years in QS field

11. In related trade minimum 2 to 3 years
