Responsibilities
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate all site activities, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage and monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time.
- Ensure safety compliance on site according to MOM, WSH, and company standards.
- Assist in planning work schedules, manpower allocation, and site logistics.
- To Follow site engineer for toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and maintain site records.
- To assist engineers on site for work schedule
- Report & check all work progress, site issues, and material requirements.
- Support inspection and testing processes.
- Any other related duties assigned by the Project Engineer
Requirements
- Minimum basic experience in construction, A&A, M&E, or related fields.
- Experience in supervising workers (foreman-level).
- Able to read construction drawings (structural / architectural / M&E).
- Able to work with site engineer and manage multiple tasks ( Team work only) .
- Familiar with workplace safety practices (WSH).
- Possess relevant certifications is an advantage:
- CoreTrade (Foreman / Supervisor)
- BCSS / Safety Coordinator
- Singaporean / Singapore PR / EP/ S Pass candidates are welcome.
