Job Summary:
To receive incoming requests / invitations to quote or tender for workopportunities, review pertaining documentation or request for further andbetter particulars, review scope and drawings,extrapolate quantities fromdrawings, tabularize into excel spreadsheet. Thereafter Prepare Quotation's andcarry out submission.

Work includes preparing "invitation to quote" documentationand then acquiring quotations from sub-contractors to support tender & ITQbid, evaluating, preparing contract and management of their progress andprogress claims.

Job Description:

• Provide competitive quotations with profit sheets
• Able to plan and provide preliminary work schedules as required
• Ability in sourcing and organizing and quotations from all related sub-trades
• Check off quantity for tender and on-going projects
• Sourcing/enquiring, compile quotation and prepare cost analysis
• Preparation of specifications and bills of quantities
• Maintain proper and complete set of contract documents
• Manage project changes with documentation and issue Variation orders accordingly
• Any other duties assigned by QS Manager

• Monday to Saturday 9:00am till 5:30pm
