Job Description & Requirements
- BCA Architectural Foreman/Supervisor .
- To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings.
- Planning of Architectural Works and micro scheduling with other disciplines.
- Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, etc.
- Implement and ensure QC plan
- Procurement and Monitoring of Architectural related materials.
- To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing / mock-up
- Attend sub-con meetings.
- To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)
- Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade
- To update Architectural progress with scheduling tools.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Management.
- Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
