We are seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to support our architectural and façade projects by preparing accurate drawings and technical documentation. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure design intent is translated into precise, buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and façade shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation layouts (AutoCAD/Tekla).
• Develop cutting lists, material schedules, and assembly details.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and suppliers on design requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during fabrication and site installation.
• Conduct site measurements and update drawings accordingly.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building or related fields.
• 3-5 years of drafting experience in architectural/façade works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM/software knowledge is an advantage.
• Understanding of architectural/structural detailing and construction documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Working Conditions

• 5-day work week; weekend work may be required based on project needs.
• Office-based with occasional site visits.
