Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assess cost estimates for construction projects to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
• Develop, manage, and track project budgets to ensure cost control and efficient resource allocation.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BQ) in alignment with project specifications and scope.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs based on technical drawings and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, particularly regarding cost, scope, and project timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive records, including contracts, budgets, change orders, and project progress reports.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective project delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 years in M&E system / Construction
• Understanding of cost estimation, tender procedures, and contract administration
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
