1. Perform quantity take-off and cost comparison for main work trades,negotiate and analyze costs for tenders, monitor and maintain the cost expenditure of the Project site assigned.

2.Analyze costing for tender and for all work scopes and materials,evaluate quotation and liaise to carry out negotiations of prices and specifications

3.Coordination with Site Team and Sub-Contractors for checking work-doneprogresses, payments, Variations, and other requirements

4.Prepare documentation to submit the payment claim and materialsubmission to clients

5.Prepare defect check list, hand over form, completion report

6.Review all consultant drawings and make recommendation to adjust siterequirements.

8.Manage and coordinate cost, availability and timely delivery of materialsand project schedules for suppliers
