Key Responsibilities

• Technical Drawing Production: Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models of interior spaces, furniture, and finishes.
• Design Translation: Convert initial sketches and design concepts from interior designers into accurate technical drawings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers and architects to develop and refine design concepts and plans.
• Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Documentation & Management: Maintain and organize drawing files, manage project documentation, and assist in the preparation of presentations and project plans.
• Revision & Updates: Incorporate feedback from design teams and clients to revise and update drawings as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• CAD Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, and potentially 3D modeling tools like SketchUp.
• Technical Drawing Expertise: Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, architectural principles, and interior design concepts.
• Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and precision in drawing production is essential.
• Communication & Collaboration: Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with design teams and clients
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and organize drawing files and project documentation efficiently.
