- Familiar with local authority regulations (BCA, SCDF, LTA) is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, design and supervise construction projects.
- Prepare engineering drawings, reports and specifications.
- Check site progress and ensure work follows safety and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and cost requirements.
