Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
• Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operations, workers and contractors
• Responsible for leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of the organization's project and solutions
• Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at the site (Technical matters)
• Supervised the site works on a day-to-day basis and issues relating to a given project.
• Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all works according to quality specifications and work schedule
• Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors
• To manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers
• shift work and weekend duty is required
• hands-on for site work such as formwork & rebar practical coaching and training for new workers
• Able to speak Mandarin & English to communicate/arrange job with workers in different country
