Quantity Surveyor Manager

The Quantity Surveyor Manager (Mechanical & Electrical) is responsible for leading a small tender team and managing all cost and tender activities for M&E works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise tender team members to ensure timely and accurate tender preparation.

• Review tender specifications, drawings, and requirements.

• Prepare and finalize cost estimates, BQ, and tender pricing for M&E systems.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Ensure all tender documents, pricing schedules, and forms are completed and submitted on time.

• Attend tender clarifications and provide commercial support to management.

• Maintain tender records, cost data, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Qualification

Degree in Engineering (M&E) preferred.

Diploma in M&E Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience may be considered.
