Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models and 2D drawings in compliance with Singapore's regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and clients to integrate designs and resolve clashes across disciplines.
- Extract quantities and prepare documentation to support cost estimation, tender, and work-done claims.
- Manage materials submission, purchasing, and project administration tasks efficiently.
- Perform quality checks and provide BIM support or training to ensure accuracy and smooth project delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a higher nitec/ diploma in any engineering field
- Candidate with internship experience in drafter role will be advantageous
- Entry Level is welcomed; Knowledgeable in Revit and Navisworks will be advantageous
