Responsibilities:

• price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
• liaise with client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
• To submit monthly claim on time
• Project cost control
• To go site for measurement during claim preparation if necessary
• Issue payment certificate and follow up
• May need to work full time on site

Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience
• All welcome to apply, have quota for SP/WP
• Experience in wet trade is preferred
