Our client is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to oversee one or more ground improvement and soil stabilization projects, ensuring seamless execution, cost control, and stakeholder satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on and dependable leader with solid experience in geotechnical or civil engineering project delivery, capable of managing complex construction operations and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute geotechnical and ground improvement works, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Plan and coordinate resources, manpower, equipment, and subcontractors to achieve efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, work schedules, and risk assessments, ensuring proactive mitigation and accurate progress reporting.
  • Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams to support tender preparation, contract management, and material logistics.
  • Review engineering designs, technical drawings, and specifications; identify potential gaps and recommend practical design or site adjustments when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards through regular site reviews and coordination with HSE and QA/QC teams.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and present project performance reports, forecasts, and variation or claim documentation.
  • Lead post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned and contributing to continuous process and performance improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master's Degree will be an advantage.
  • At least 8 years of relevant project management experience in geotechnical, foundation, or ground engineering works.
  • Proven record in managing budgets, timelines, and multidisciplinary teams, with strong accountability for results.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with sound judgment in technical and commercial decisions.
  • Familiarity with ground improvement methods such as PVD installation, vibro compaction, deep soil mixing, or stone column construction is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., MS Project)
