Job Description:
Requirements:
- Prepare detailed drawings /shopdrawings and plans based on designs from architects, engineers, or project managers.
- Convert concept sketches, layouts, or designs into accurate technical drawings for construction or manufacturing.
- Review and update drawings to comply with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to resolve design or technical issues.
- Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.
- (Optional: For Building Drafter) Prepare shop drawings and construction coordination drawings for on-site use.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation) and other drafting tools.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical standards, and building codes.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience as a drafter is preferred but not mandatory.
