Our international architectural practice as an experienced Draftsperson for our Singapore studio. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional drafting experience, expert knowledge of local building regulations, and a strong record in preparing submission documents for authority approval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed architectural drawings and visualizations based on project designs using AutoCAD, BIM, and other design software.
• Prepare and coordinate submission documents in accordance with Singapore's regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and timely approvals.
• Translate conceptual designs into buildable plans and collaborate with architects,consultants, and engineers throughout the project cycle.
• Revise drawings and details in response to feedback from project managers and regulatory authorities.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to clarify specifications and resolve technical issues related to submissions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in architectural drafting, preferably within an international firm.
• Proven expertise with Singapore building codes, BCA procedures, and authority submission requirements.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drawing tools.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
