We are constantly looking out for passionate individual to join us as Quantity Surveyor cum Outdoor Sales Person. Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform the task of QS sourcing, verify tender drawing and reply on tender clarification. Send invitation to Suppliers, Vendors and Sub-Contractors for quotations. Meeting with vendors.
• Prepare BOQ of Mechanical, such as Plumbing & Sanitary, ACMV, Fire Fighting, Electrical (MEP scope) and structural.
• Prepared Tender Document Submission including prepare project actual BQ when awarded by our client.
• Drafted Single Line & Schematic drawings, Plan DWG, Shop DWG, AsBuild DWG for project with Auto CAD.
• Outdoor sales meeting and coordination work.
• Verified with respective site project manager of work done % and process suppliers, vendor and sub-contractor's invoice for project director to approve.
• Prepare variation order if there are changes in projects and clearly communicate to site project engineer and managers.
• Prepare forecast projected schedule which include liaison with site project manager, suppliers, contractors and client.
• Capture project bill, project expenses, out of pocket expense.
• Prefer self own transport, monthly capped petrol card of $400 will be provide to successful candidate.
• Proficient in English speaking.
