Job Descriptions
Job Requirements
- Lead, manage and plan the site activities related to surveying.
- Setting up of Survey-Points and levels on site.
- Plan and coordinate daily survey activity.
- Maintenance of surveying instrumentation such as Total Station, levelling instrument etc.
- Assist department heads and site supervisors on all settling out, levelling and other related surveying works on site.
- Coordinate surveying works with sub-contractors.
- Attend site meeting and liaise closely with client on land surveying matters.
- Liaise and coordinate with project's designated registered surveyor for all the survey control point and temporary bench marks (TBM's).
- Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimise environment impact associated with the construction activities.
- To carry out site inspection from time to time as part of project quality control.
- Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace.
- Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.
- Other related activities as when required by the company.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a land surveyor.
- Diploma / Degree in Land Surveying or relevant qualifications.
