Senior Quantity Surveyor (A1 Tender/Projects)

Be part of an established A1 main contractor known for shaping Singapore's skyline with landmark residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This role offers a 5-day work week, attractive performance incentives, and openings in both tender and project functions.

What you will do

• Develop and compile precise cost estimates and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for accurate pricing and project information.
• Review and assess variations, value engineering options, and related cost impacts.
• Monitor and report on cost performance throughout the tender process.
• Examine tender and contract terms, addressing commercial risks or ambiguities.
• Ensure all tender submissions are completed on time and meet required standards and safety regulations.

What you will need

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior position.
