Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for MEP projects.
• Review design drawings and tender documents to determine material quantities.
• Recommend cost-saving options through value engineering.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.
• Review and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Handle project correspondence, variations, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, budgets, and schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
